Who it is for. Employers hiring in Washington, including Seattle. This page describes the product. It is not legal advice.
- Before July 1, 2026, the product still asks for the offer. It does not yet add the later hold-open rule.
- From July 1, 2026, the product records a hold-open. The amended two-business-day hold starts then for employers with 15 or more employees. The product waiting period stays five business days.
- On January 1, 2027, employers with fewer than 15 employees reach the same conditional-offer and hold-open rule. The product already asks every band, so the question on the form does not change.
