Clear, records found, and human review
Clear means nothing reportable was released. Records found means a person confirmed them. Neither label is a hiring decision.
Turnaround times
Most clear reports are ready the same day. Reports with records are verified at the source within 72 hours of the search.
Why some records do not appear
Sealed, aged-out, or out-of-rule records are left off the report. ScreenForge Labs applies those limits before release.
Unverifiable results and refunds
If a result cannot be verified, the credit is refunded once and no record is shown to the employer or the candidate.
