Why am I getting this email
An employer invited you to complete an employment background check. The email has the link and their name.
Your rights under the FCRA
The confirmation email attaches the Summary of Rights. Residence notices are included, and a final notice lets you request a free copy.
Dispute an error on your report
A dispute on the status page is sent to ScreenForge Labs with the check reference, including before any adverse-action case.
Respond to a pre-adverse notice
Reply from the status page with a statement and a file for a certificate, rehabilitation evidence, references, or something else.
Your SSN and your privacy
You type the Social Security number in a masked field. It is encrypted in the browser, and the page does not show it again.
Identity check help
The identity step opens a photo check. You can try again once. After two unsuccessful checks you may still submit the invite.
What if I never asked for this
If you do not know the employer, do not enter your information. Contact that employer or support. Read the steps on this page.
