Unverifiable results and refunds

If a result cannot be verified, the credit is refunded once and no record is shown to the employer or the candidate.

If ScreenForge Labs cannot verify the result, the check ends, no record is shown, and the credit is refunded once.

Who it is for. Employers whose check ends without a report, and candidates who see the same status.

  1. Open the check. The status reads unverifiable.
  2. The credit returns to the account. A second notice does not refund it again.
  3. You can send a new invite later. The old check stays closed.
