If a candidate cannot finish, they can return with a one-time code, or you can send a new invite later.

The status page accepts the same email or phone. A duplicate invite is not created while one is open.

Who it is for. Employers helping a candidate who closed the tab.

  1. Ask the candidate to open the status page and request a code.
  2. The code expires in 10 minutes.
  3. While an invite is still open, ordering the same email returns the existing invite.
Do not ask the candidate to email you their Social Security number so you can finish the form.
